About The Islamic Foundation
The Islamic Foundation is a unique centre of Islamic learning, education, research and training. Based just outside Leicester, it is truly international in character, scope and variety of activities. Scholars, researchers and students come from all over the world. Established in 1973 in Leicester, its aim is to develop a better understanding of Islam and Muslims in the West. Over the years it has expanded through its multifarious activities, courses and publications.
At present it has over 200 titles on its publications list. The Foundation has published titles such as The Muslim Guide and Young Muslims in Britain.
